Highlands County commissioner Don Elwell held the 25th town hall of his political career Thursday night at South Florida State College University Center. The semi-annual meetings have become a staple of his terms. Elwell uses them to both explain county activities and to get feedback from those in attendance.
More than 70 people turned out for the meeting.
