In a new report from Construction Coverage, the Lakeland-Winter Haven metro area might be one of the most efficient in the country for finding an electrician.
Electricians in the Lakeland-Winter Haven metro area earn an actual median wage of $48,540 annually, compared to $40,780 for all workers in the metro. After cost-of-living adjustments, electricians in the Lakeland-Winter Haven metro earn an annual median wage of $50,441—the 11th least of any midsize U.S. metro.
By contrast, the adjusted mean average wage for electricians nationwide stands at $61,590.
